Thank you for shopping at Myridian. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.
Return Period
We accept return requests within 30 days after the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, parts, and labels included.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or installed
Items without original packaging or missing parts
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect assembly
Clearance or final sale items, if marked as non-returnable
Products showing signs of outdoor wear, heavy use, stains, scratches, or damage caused by the customer
How to Request a Return

Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is caused by our mistake, such as receiving a wrong item, defective item, or damaged product, we will help resolve the issue and may cover the return shipping cost depending on the situation.
If the return is due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, no longer needing the product, or choosing the wrong size or model, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review your case and offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, refund, or other assistance.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@myri-dian.com.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and you may need to follow our return process after receiving the item.
